I am a Vancouver based Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over ten years experience in the natural health industry. Over the years, I’ve gained experience navigating my own personal healing journey, which has incorporated not only tools for the body, but for the mind and spirit as well. I firmly believe that healing must be multifaceted, and if we overlook an underlying emotional issue, we don’t get to the root of the problem. After having graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, in 2008, I went on to further my studies in areas such as Herbalism and Ayurvedic Medicine. Over the past two years, I’ve further explored emotional wellness, energy work, and have discovered much more about how connected the mind and body are. I am passionately drawn to healing on all levels, and personally have gained a lot of knowledge in relation to thyroid imbalances, digestion disturbances, as well as chronic stress and adrenal fatigue.
At HÄLSA, I will sit down with you for an hour, and go over your health history. Please feel free to bring any blood work that you feel is necessary, and a list of any supplements and medications you are currently taking. We will discuss your health goals, as well as your current dietary and lifestyle habits. When you leave, you will be provided with a suggested diet, supplement protocol and lifestyle recommendations tailored to you, personally. During the session, it is natural for me to tune into your energy field, where additional information will be gathered and taken into consideration.
